With no contract memberships ready to suit whatever workout mood you're in, you'll be all set with us when we open. Not only are we a great-value gym in Sussex, we are open 24 hours, membership is contract-free and we are loaded with hundreds of top-quality pieces of equipment to push you in the right direction.

You'll find us on Hampden Retail Park in Eastbourne, next to Dreams, Halfords and B&Q, nearby to Morrisons and Costa Coffee.
